Pathway to Prosperity is a program targeted at recently incarcerated individuals. With the emergence of First Step Act and a consortium of state criminal justice reform initiatives, Pathway to Prosperity provides a scalable solution to inmate reentry. The program has two main components:

1. Program Management – pre-release intake session, housing, healthcare, medication, mental health, transportation.
2. Talent Clearinghouse – networks of employers, transitional payroll/benefit services, talent acquisition/management.
